If you total score was greater than 190, then your potential for being an effective, responsible leader is high indeed. Whatever you're doing, keep it up. Work on any of the weaker points on the inventory and be even more responsibly proactive in those areas.

If you score is greater than 160, but below 190, your probably doing ok but need to be more proactive or you run into the likelihood of getting stuck in complacency.

If you score is below 160, you need to evaluate what your doing and decide if you are actually willing to make some changes. If you are, read or reread chapters 1 -6 of The Leadership Integrity Challenge. Make an honest assessment of yourself. Proactively apply the four steps suggested in the section titled Putting Integrity into Practice, chapter 3.
